| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND The purpose of this item is to add a $100 fee for Substantially Conforming Landscape Plans that is equivalent to the existing fee for Substantially Conforming Site Plans. This will allow minor revisions to previously-approved landscape plans to be reviewed at a lower cost than the current fee for Revised Landscape Plans, which is $100 per acre with a minimum of $250. |
| | | | | | | | FINANCIAL SUMMARY/STRATEGIC GOALS This item will add a fee for Substantially Conforming Landscape Plans in the amount of $100. The revision to the ordinance fee schedule for Planning and Development will have some impact to the General Fund budget; however, the exact change in revenue is indeterminable.
