a) Discussion of legal issues and potential remedies concerning whether the Plano Housing Authority, Plano Public Facility Corporation, Bluebonnet Public Facility Corporation, Pecan Public Facility Corporation and/or private real estate developers have complied with all laws, regulations, and requirements, including applicable processes and procedures, relating to multifamily residential developments authorized by Chapter 303 of the Texas Local Government Code, including but not limited to Texas Local Government Code 303.042(d)(2). This includes but is not limited to discussion of the following petitions filed under Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 202 to which the City is a party:
- In re Plano ISD and City of Plano, Cause No. 471-06281-2023 (471st District Court, Collin County, Texas).
- In re Plano ISD and City of Plano, Cause No. D-1-GN-23-007492 (250th District Court, Travis County, Texas).
