| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2024-001 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 56 for Commercial Antenna Support Structure on 0.1 acre of land located 225 feet north of Democracy Drive and 220 feet east of Partnership Road in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Commercial Employment, directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
