| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2024-007 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Planned Development-489-Multifamily Residence-1 on 36.5 acres of land located on the north side of Legacy Drive, 770 feet west of Chase Oaks Boulevard, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to modify development standards; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
