Request to rezone 0.9 acre located at the northeast corner of Tokalon Drive and National Drive from Regional Employment to Regional Commercial. Zoned Regional Employment and located within the State Highway 121 Overlay District. Petitioner: Talo Two, LLC Conducted and adopted Ordinance No. 2024-6-6 granting the appeal. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND At its April 15, 2024, meeting, the Planning & Zoning Commission denied this request with a vote of 5-3.
The applicant has appealed the Commission's denial. A 3/4 vote, or 6 of 8 City Council members, is required to overturn the denial on appeal. |
