RFB No. 2021-0148-B for Dump Body Pickup Trucks for Fleet Services to be used by various departments to Grapevine DCJ for one (1) one-ton regular cab with rigid sided dump bed in the amount of $45,782 and to Reliable Chevrolet for one (1) one-ton regular cab with platform body and dump hoist in the amount of $45,801, for a total amount of $91,583; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Approved

To approve the purchase of one (1) Toro Groundsmaster 4300-D Rough Cut Mower for Fleet Services to be used by Golf Course Maintenance in the amount of $55,047 from Professional Turf Products, L.P. through an existing contract; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (BuyBoard Contract No. 611-20) Approved

To approve the purchase of five (5) Refuse Trucks in the amount of $1,019,831 from Bond Equipment Company, Inc., three (3) Rear Load Bodies in the amount of $331,150 from Heil of Texas, and two (2) Automated Side Load Bodies in the amount of $263,264 from BTE Body Company, Inc., for a total amount of $1,614,245 for Fleet Services to be used by Environmental Waste Collections through existing contracts; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. To approve an expenditure for engineering professional services for Ridgeview Pump Station Emergency Backstand Power System Replacement, Project No. 7328, in the amount of $93,913 from Tom Eldred d/b/a Energy & Engineering Solutions for the Engineering Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Approved

To approve a Development Agreement by and between the City of Plano, Texas and InTownHomes, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership for the 1897 Addition Project; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Approved

To approve the terms and conditions of an Inter Local Cooperation Agreement with the City of Dallas for the construction of the Preston Ridge Trail Connection; authorizing the execution by the City Manager; and providing an effective date. Approved

Resolution No. 2021-2-13(R): To authorize the filing of application for federal funds in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00 under the Fiscal Year 2019 Homeland Security Grant Program through the Office of the Governor of Texas; designating the Director of Emergency Management as authorized representative of the City of Plano for the purpose of giving required assurances and acting in connection with said application and providing required information; and declaring an effective date. Ordinance No. 2021-2-16: To amend Section 12-101, Prohibited on certain streets at all times, of Article V, Stopping, Standing and Parking, Chapter 12, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Plano, Texas to establish a no parking zone on a certain section of Oklahoma Avenue, within the city limits of the City of Plano; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Adopted

Ordinance No. 2021-2-17: To amend Section 12-102(e), Prohibited on certain streets on school days during certain hours, of Article V, Stopping, Standing, and Parking, Chapter 12, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Plano, Texas to extend the established no parking zones on certain sections of Dottie Drive, Plumridge Drive, Redbridge Drive, and Saddleridge Drive, within the city limits of the City of Plano; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
