This City Council Meeting will be held in person in the Senator Florence Shapiro Council Chambers and via videoconference. The City Council members and supporting staff will participate in person. The facility will be open to members of the public.

Resolution No. 2021-9-2(R):To repeal Resolution No. 2012-11-14(R), which adopted design guidelines for Haggard Park Heritage District, and replace those guidelines with new Haggard Park Heritage District Design Standards to preserve, restore, rehabilitate, and redevelop properties within the Haggard Park Heritage District (HD-20); and providing an effective date. Resolution No. 2021-9-3(R): To approve, for the purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, the issuance and sale of multifamily housing revenue bonds by the Plano Public Facility Corporation for the purpose of lending the proceeds to K Avenue Lofts, LLC., a Texas limited liability company, in the maximum principal amount of $19,000,000 for the acquisition and construction of the K Avenue Lofts located at 2505 K Avenue and 1005 E. Park Boulevard, Plano, Texas, and declaring an effective date. Adopted

Applicants are limited to fifteen (15) minutes presentation time with a five (5) minute rebuttal, if needed. Remaining speakers are limited to thirty (30) total minutes of testimony time, with three (3) minutes assigned per speaker. The Presiding Officer may amend these times as deemed necessary.

Municipal Center is wheelchair accessible. A sloped curb entry is available at the main entrance facing Municipal/L Avenue, with specially marked parking spaces nearby. Access and special parking are also available on the north side of the building. The Senator Florence Shapiro Council Chambers is accessible by elevator to the lower level. Requests for sign interpreters or special services must be received forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting time by calling the City Secretary at 972-941-7120.
