To amend Section 12-101, Prohibited on certain streets at all times, Section 12-103.2(b), One-hour parking, and Section 12-112.5(a), Loading and unloading in the downtown area, of Article V, Stopping, Standing and Parking, of Chapter 12, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the City of Plano Code of Ordinances, to: (1) remove existing parking restrictions along certain sections of 14th Street and M Avenue that are in conflict with the proposed parking restrictions or that are redundant, (2) establish 1-hour parking spaces along the north side of 14th Street between M Avenue and N Avenue and along the east side of M Avenue between 14th Street and 15th Street, and (3) establish a 20-minute loading zone along the north side of 14th Street between M Avenue and N Avenue, within the city limits of the City of Plano; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Adopted Ordinance No. 2024-10-12
