To approve an expenditure for licensing Tyler Municipal Justice Suite hosting services for a three (3) year contract with six (6) automatic one-year renewals in the amount of $385,845 for the first term and the base estimated annual amount of $135,046 for the renewals from Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the City of Plano Municipal Court of Record; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Approved

To approve an expenditure for engineering professional services for Wastewater Master Plan Update, Project No. PW-WW-00025, in the amount of $450,000 from Freese and Nichols, Inc. for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Approved

To amend Section 12-73.1(a), Definition of “summer school days”, and Section 12-73.1(d), School zones designated, of Section 12-73.1, Same – Specific zones – Summer school, of Article IV, Speed, of Chapter 12, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the City of Plano Code of Ordinances to amend school zones for summer school sessions within the city limits of the City of Plano; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Consideration to approve RFB 2025-0205-B for Sewer Improvements Dallas North Trunk - Phase 2, Project No. 7467, for the Engineering Department to S. J. Louis Construction of Texas Ltd. in the amount of $16,139,315; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Approved

Public Hearing and consideration of a Resolution to approve the use or taking of a portion of City of Plano public parkland, known as Hoblitzelle Park, pursuant to Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code by abandoning an existing sanitary sewer easement at the dedicated parkland and replacing it with a revised permanent sanitary sewer easement for the Russell Creek Interceptor pipeline rehabilitation project; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all necessary documents; and providing an effective date.
